ABSTRACT OF COURSE CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:  This course introduces the student to concepts, theory and applications of the control functions of management regarding day to day financial management decisions and long term planning.  This will be done by using accounting information to identify and analyze alternatives.  Also, will show different techniques to assist the manager in a course of action that will yield the greatest benefit to the entity.

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH:  Mr. Stanton is a successful Consultant to outside companies ( some of which has gone public) and does Corporate Executive Training.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Managerial Accountant.  A committee member of the State Board of Accountancy.  He has been a Chief Financial Officer for two successful companies, a  Corporate Controller and a Senior Audit Manager for one of the International Accounting Firms.
