For the past seven years, Patricia DeMasters has been the Director of the MBA Career Management Group for Executive and Professional MBA programs and Alumni. During this time she oversaw the implementation of several new programs and services such as an experienced-hire resume database available to hundreds of recruiters targeting MBAs, experienced-hire career fairs, and networking events, and co-pioneered the first MBA alumni salary survey available to our Haas community. We have added a dedicated career coach for executives, exclusive executive coaching for workplace issues and a new mentoring program for professional development. Globally, our students and alumni have access to our monthly webinars on a variety of career related topics.
Prior to joining Berkeley-Haas, Pat spent the last 15 years in the field of outplacement and development. Most recently she was the Senior Director for the North Bay practice of Spherion Human Capital Consulting where she focused on coaching and counseling senior and mid-level managers from a variety of industries, including financial services, biotech, manufacturing, and technology. She is certified as a Fellow Manager from the Institute of Career Certification International; has a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, and has an MA in Career Development from the John F. Kennedy University School of Management.
Luke Kreinberg is dedicated to serving Executive MBA students and alumni, specializing in helping students to move forward in their careers. He helps them gain clarity about objectives as well as identify the competencies they need to flourish in their professional lives. Some of the companies where he's coached are Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, and Yahoo. Luke graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Davis with a BA in international relations. He received his Coaching Certification from New Ventures West in San Francisco. In his former life, Luke served as a partner in a boutique search firm and developed learning curricula for emerging technology firms. He is the author of The Book of Goals: Achievements, Plans, and Dreams of a Lifetime which has sold 100,000+ copies.
Gagan has transitioned into the Project Manager role from her previous role working as the Program Coordinator. She is a good contact for any students or alumni with questions about CareerNet, workshops, and CMG services. Gagan is a proud UC Berkeley alumna with a degree in Integrative Biology. Prior work experience at Cal includes the LEAD Center as an Office Management Intern for 4 full years, volunteering through the Tang Center as a Health Worker, and she also interned at the Public Health & Development Arthritis Foundation of San Francisco. She is an alumnae member of Gamma Phi Beta and in her spare time you might see her hiking all around the Bay Area, venturing out to different coffee/tea shops, and exploring the street festivals.
Aileen comes to us from her previous role working in the MBA Admissions Office for Working Professionals here at Berkeley-Haas. Prior to joining us at Haas, Aileen worked at the UC Davis Career Recruiting Center. She is a graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Communication and a minor in Sociology. While in college, she interned at Appency, a PR and Marketing firm for mobile apps, and KCRA-TV in Sacramento. Aileen was born and raised in the Bay Area. Outside of work, Aileen enjoys travelling, working on DIY projects, and trying out new restaurants.
Jenn joined Haas after spending thirteen years in the retail and consulting industries. Prior to her role as the Director of Recruiting, Jenn spent four years as the Berkeley MBA Career Management Account Manager responsible for developing and managing relationships with consulting firms, consumer packaged goods companies and retailers looking to hire Haas students into their organizations. Before Haas, she was a recruiting manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy consulting firm, and was responsible for all aspects of recruiting MBA candidates, including developing on-campus brand building strategies and marketing programs that supported their recruiting efforts. Prior to Booz Allen, Jenn spent eleven years at Gap Inc. where she held various positions in marketing and strategy for the Gap, Banana Republic and International divisions. Jenn holds a BA in technical writing and marketing from San Francisco State University.
Jojo is a Golden Bear and is proud to serve the university through her work at Haas. She is responsible for the group’s long-term strategy around technologies and communications, ensuring that our policies and decisions keep our students, alumni, and employers in mind. She also wears a marketing hat and manages the CMG’s brand online.

Monica Singh is the evening librarian and is at the library until 9pm, Monday-Thursday, during fall and spring semesters. She is a UC Berkeley graduate and a resourceful business librarian who has been working with the Evening & Weekend MBA Program faculty and students for over a decade. Monica can point you to relevant information sources and show you how to use them.
