Grade Letters


Grade letters will be sent out as soon as grades are turned in to the office by the faculty. The grade letter indicates the grade you earned in the course and your semester fees. This process takes a minimum of two weeks. Please do not call the office to ask for your grades over the telephone, fax or e-mail as the University of California Records Disclosure Policy prohibits this practice. If you would like to know your grade earlier, please give the instructor a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
