    • DE3 and DW3 students will enter this round with 3000 bid points. When these students log onto the On-Line Registrar (OLR), they will only be able to see and bid on the subset of electives they stated preference for (i.e., evening only or weekend only).
    • U3 students will enter this round with 2500 bid points. When U3 students log onto OLR, they will be able to see and bid on all electives.

    • All students are allowed to bid on a maximum of 7 units.
    • All Sunday one unit courses are open to both evening and weekend students, so all students of all declarations will be able to see and bid on them.

  3. Bidding Round 2 will begin at 3:00PM on Wednesday, November 7th and last until 9:00AM on Friday, November 9th. Only students with bid points unused or refunded from unsuccessful bids from Round 1 can bid in Round 2. When these students log onto OLR, they will be able to see and bid on all electives (evening and weekend).

  4. For declared students who are unable to secure a class within their scheduling preference (evening or weekend), the EWMBA Program Office will work with them to fix their schedules. Please note that this is to help those who need to stay within a schedule preference (evening or weekend) and is not a guarantee of seats in first-choice classes to those individuals.

  5. After bidding, students will have an opportunity to add and drop classes during the Add/Drop period, which will start at the beginning of Spring 2013. We will have waitlists for all classes, which we process (prioritized by seniority, randomized within seniority, and adding as many people as there are open spaces) at the end of each week of the Add/Drop period. More details on Add/Drop will be announced as the Spring semester approaches.
