This first-ever Haas School conference highlighted Haas faculty research on the role of innovation in business. Panel sessions explored topics such as branding, online pricing, outsourcing, and creativity.

For example, the annual Women in Leadership Conference attracts over 400 participants interested in understanding the wide variety of career options and lifestyle choices available to women today, through panel discussions, a networking lunch, and professional skills development workshops.

Research centers and MBA clubs frequently invite corporate executives and other leaders on campus to speak about trends in their industries. These events include the Berkeley Entrepreneurs Forum and lecture series on topics such as marketing and the management of technology.
