Description:	Darren Gocher, Senior Director, International Finance, Yahoo! Inc. will speak about International Finance at Yahoo. Darren is currently in charge of International Finance at Yahoo!. He has been with the company for almost 8 years, starting as the Financial Controller of Yahoo! Australia. He helped to launch the Australian operations. He then moved into a role with responsibility for finance across Asia. He had stints as the Managing Director for Yahoo! India for 12 months and was also the acting MD for Yahoo! Singapore. Darren recently moved to Yahoo!’s corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale where he oversees Yahoo!’s international finance operations. This includes finance and operational presence in over 20 countries across Asia, Europe and Latin America. His team works closely with the local operational teams to provide financial and strategic support for their businesses. He works closely with senior management at Yahoo! to determine the direction of the international businesses and where the company should be investing its resources. Prior to Yahoo!, Darren was with KPMG for almost 9 years in a variety of roles from Audit to M&A/valuations to Forensic Accounting. Darren Gocher
