Description: A moderated discussion on economic relief strategies used to provide relief for countries devastated by the tsunami that struck in Southeast Asia in December 2004. The discussion will examine the efficiency of aid provided by governments as well as local grassroots efforts and NPOs providing basic essential services such as food, potable water, shelter, and emergency medical services.
