Health Management
Where scientific advancement and private enterprise intersect are numerous opportunities and challenges in the field of health management. An emphasis in health management prepares students to take business leadership roles in the health services and health technology industries. In addition, Berkeley/Haas and UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health offer a joint MBA/MPH (Masters in Public Health) degree. Graduates of the program typically pursue opportunities with consulting firms, health insurance plans, managed care organizations, and pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic firms.
