Access to Student Records

The MBA Program Office maintains one file on each student enrolled in the program, containing:

  • Your complete application
  • Copies of UC Berkeley transcripts
  • Correspondence
  • Other memos and notes relevant to your progress in the program

Your file is available only to the MBA Program Office staff and other faculty and staff who have a compelling educational interest.

To see your file, make an appointment with the MBA Program Director. If you signed the "waiver of access forms" for your letters of recommendation, those will be withheld from your review.
