What happens to my loans if I drop a class?

If you drop a class and will still be enrolled in at least 6 units, then there is no impact.

If, however, you drop a class and this causes you to be enrolled in less than 6 units:

Additionally, once you drop below 6 units the university will report your status as less than half-time to the Student Loan Clearinghouse. This will cause any loans you had while at Haas will enter into their grace period, effective the end date of the last semester you were enrolled at least half-time (6 units). Any loans you had that were already in a repayment status prior to your enrollment at Haas will go into immediate repayment.
