*Effective July 1st, 2007 a standard award package is $8,500 Subsidized and $12,000 Unsubsidized. The Subsidized Loan is based on financial need, as determined by the information on your FAFSA. If you are not eligible to receive the full $8,500 in Subsidized Loan funds, then the remaining amount will be awarded in additional Unsubsidized Loan funds. It is therefore possible to receive up to $20,500 in an Unsubsidized Loan for the year.
