Application Procedure

The LRAP application is now available online for the January - June 2012 review cycle. The deadline for this cycle is January 15, 2013.

Please note: Some modifications have been made to streamline the application process. Eligibility and employment qualifications remain the same.

Application Procedure

Submit the following to the Haas Financial Aid Office:

• LRAP Application
• Employer Verification Form and Official Job Description
• Current Resume
• Copy of most recent paystub
• Copy of 2011 Federal Tax Return, including W-2's
• Documentation of Payments made
• Copy of a monthly statement for each loan

Our standard deadlines are January 15 for February disbursements (for loan payments made from July 2011 - December 2011), and July 10 for August disbursements (for loan payments made from January 2012 - June 2012). Subject to change.
