Professor Nancy Wallace is Chair of the Real Estate Group and Co-Chair of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics. Her seminar in Real Estate Finance and Securitization uses a series of reallife cases. Says Professor Wallace, "Cases are powerful.
