Application Process and Selection Criteria for Transfer Applicants

All applicants must satisfy the minimum eligibility requirements. The Haas School of Business will not evaluate applications from students who do not fulfill these requirements.

which will include the Haas Self-Reported Academic Record,
additional essay questions and resume template.

In addition to reviewing
applications for completion of minimum eligibility requirements
and academic achievement and promise, the Admission Committee
will review many factors, including performance in key prerequisites
(business, math, economics, statistics), grade trends, course
load, consistency of academic performance, leadership skills,
interest in being an active member of the Haas community,
accomplishments as demonstrated by extra-curricular activities,
as well as communication and analytical skills as demonstrated
by responses to the essay questions. The following factors
are evaluated and weighted as listed below:

Information needed to enroll in UGBA 100 and UGBA 107 for Summer 2006 will be e-mailed to conditionally admitted students. Enrollment is mandatory for all newly admitted Haas Undergraduate students. Classes begin on July 2, 2007, the 2nd six-week session of UC Berkeley Summer Sessions.
