INSTRUCTIONS

1. Complete all information on the timesheet.
2. A separate timesheet must be completed for each month.
3. Have the timesheet SIGNED (approved) by your supervisor.
4. Return completed timesheets to Mailbox #42 (Anderson) in the mailroom or S546 by 9:00 a.m. on the dates designated on the right.
5.  Reader/Tutor
timesheet information to reflect that timesheets need to be submitted to mailbox #59 or directly to Rosina Rocco (S520, Dean’s Suite).

PLEASE NOTE: Timesheets that are received late will not be processed for payment until the 23rd of the following month. No exceptions.

CHECK ISSUANCE: Paychecks/paycheck stubs are issued on the 8th of each month and can be picked up after 12:00PM in room S549.
