International Class 2000 Student Website

Welcome to the Website for E296: Seminar in International Business

This three-unit seminar is designed to introduce students the culture, history, and business practices in foreign countries. It is open to students of the Evening MBA program. During the summer of 1999, Director of International Affairs Sebastian Teunissen assumed leadership of the program. Together with Dean Andy Shogan he brought a group of thirteen students to Osaka , Japan and Hanoi , Vietnam. for two weeks of business meetings and sightseeing.

This year, the program more than doubled to thirty students and the class was split into two groups. Both groups spent a week in Ghana, Africa and a week in Europe divided between Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Brussels, Belgium. This web site is designed to serve as a resource for prospective students by providing a summary of the visits and a flavor for the program.
