We invite MBA alumni to participate in our intensive 6-week Directed Job Search Teams facilitated by a Job Development Manager to help you quickly launch a strong job search.
Highlights
- Weekly team conference calls where alumni network, share leads and check in on each other's progress
- Individual sessions with Job Development Manager to strengthen their strategies and obtain leads
Requirements
- Pre-approval meeting with John Morel, Associate Director of Alumni Career Services (either in person or over the phone)
- Personal marketing plan reflecting targeted function and industry for your job search
- Updated resume
- Prepared for networking and job interviews
- Accountable for the job search productivity you outline for yourself
- Participation in weekly team conference call
- Willing to share information and harness the motivation generated by a dynamic group
What This is Not
- Individual coaching on what you want to do next
- Training on how to conduct job interviews
- Writing an updated draft of your resume
- A group to develop functional areas and industries you want to explore
