Theda Nunn, BS 1979--Arizona--theda.nunn@earthlink.net A REALTORâ since 2003, and an Independent Broker as of 2007, Theda Nunn, recently moved with her family to Phoenix, Arizona to get warm after living in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the last 20 years. Realizing that Phoenix's warmth can be excessive (and still loving Colorado Springs) she continues to own a house and maintain an office in Colorado Springs while working towards obtaining an Arizona real estate license as well. She is also a volunteer at several great Phoenix institutions including the Burton Barr Central Library in Phoenix, the Literacy Volunteers of Maricopa County where she tutors in English (although she speaks a little Spanish, French and Mandarin), and at her two teenagers' school, the Arizona School for the Arts where she volunteers on an "as needed" basis. She recently received certification as a substitute teacher in the state of Arizona. Theda Nunn and her husband of 25 years, Clayton, enjoy riding their tandem bike, hiking, and attending arts events together and with their children.
