The school‘s mission is to develop innovative business leaders who redefine how we do business. We strive to put new ideas into action in all areas of an organization, emphasizing corporate and ethical responsibility. The school’s distinctive culture is defined by four key principles:
- Question the Status Quo
- Confidence without Attitude
- Students Always
- Beyond Yourself
The Berkeley Business Academy for Youth (B-BAY) introduces middle and high school students to the business world every year. Students get a chance to experience campus life at UC Berkeley, the world’s premier public university.
The program fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration through a project based curriculum.
B-BAY is presented by the Institute for Business and Social Impact the proceeds of which go to support the center’s YEAH Program for under-resourced Bay Area youth. At this time, B-BAY does not offer scholarships for tuition.
