Meet Your Recruitment Team
Your Account Manager is your primary resource for helping
you strategize your recruiting efforts and serves as your
liaison to the Haas School student body.
Your Account Manager can answer questions and offer you advice
about on-campus recruiting, job fairs, posting a job, targeting
a specific group of students, participating in a guest lecture,
hosting a networking event, sponsoring a student club activity,
etc.

After achieving his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Haas, Rich worked in the field and obtained his California CPA license. He then earned his MBA in finance at UCLA, leading to a 17 year high-tech finance career at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Rich joined Haas in 1999 as one of the inaugural industry account managers where he utilizes his educational and professional experience to help students and companies in his sectors - technology, media/entertainment, non-profit and socially responsible business - achieve recruiting success. Living in San Jose makes it convenient for Rich to keep close tabs on Silicon Valley activity.

A 1995 graduate of the Haas MBA program, Lisa has experience in a broad range of industries and functions. Prior to her MBA, she worked in health care administration; afterwards, she worked at Silicon Graphics in product management, business planning and analysis, and customer services and account management. Most recently, she was Director of Operations at CascadeWorks, an emerging software company, establishing their human resources, finance, and administrative functions. Lisa also has an A.B. from Brown University and an M.A. from the University of Toronto.

Jenn recently joined Haas after spending thirteen years in the retail and consulting industries. In her last position, she was a recruiting manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy consulting firm, and was responsible for all aspects of recruiting MBA candidates, including developing on-campus brand building strategies and marketing programs that supported their recruiting efforts. Prior to Booz Allen, Jenn spent eleven years at Gap Inc. where she held various positions in marketing and strategy for the Gap, Banana Republic and International divisions. Jenn holds a BA in technical writing and marketing from San Francisco State University.

Originally from Chicago, and a graduate of Purdue University, Nicole moved to Washington, D.C, where she worked for a grassroots lobbyist firm, before entering the hospitality industry with Choice Hotels International. While at Choice Hotels, Nicole established and managed partnership marketing relationships with key accounts. Nicole has experience in marketing, account management, business development, and customer service. In order to better serve her clients, Nicole lives and works in New York, the heart of the worlds financial system.

Jocelyn joined the Recruitment Center in 2000 and she is the primary contact for employers visiting the Haas School. She was an undergraduate at UC Santa Barbara and is an avid opera aficionado.

A Bay Area native, Betsy is excited to join Haas after spending the last few years working in Washington, DC and New York. After college, she interned at the Smithsonian’s American History Museum and since then has worked in the biotech industry and most recently in MBA recruiting at Booz Allen Hamilton in New York. Having spent her junior year abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris, Betsy is an avid traveler and is always looking forward to her next travel adventure. She has her B.A. in History from UCLA.
