| Program Description | Teams of Haas students help lay the foundation for an interest in higher education with middle school youth. After School Business Club members develop a sense of confidence through engaging social enterprise activities that have a real impact on the community. Each year these clubs earn and donate thousands of dollars to the charity of their choice. | 9th and 10th grade students develop critical academic, interpersonal and career skills while learning the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and business. Students work in teams with Haas mentors to present their recommendations to solve real-world business problems in case study presentations. | Through a program specifically designed to meet the needs of 11th and 12th graders, Springboard provides a wide variety of college-pathway support, including SAT preparation, financial aid workshops, and an East Coast college tour. In addition, students participate in summer internships that expose them to positive corporate role models and expand their horizons to see what success after college looks like. |

| Student Requirements | Have a general interest in business and have the desire to attend college after high-school. Preference is given to low-income, first in family to complete college and attend a public school. School year is dedicated to Saturday programming on designated weekends. Summers offer various employment opportunities such as Peer Leaders and corporate internships. |
| Meeting Time | 3:30-5:30 on either Monday/Wednesdays or Tuesday/Thursdays at the partner Middle School campuses | Fall semester- one Saturday meeting a month. Spring semester- two Saturday meetings a month. Freshmen 8:30am-noon |
Designated Saturday Mornings: 9:00am-12 noon during the school year. |
