Director of Facilities
Marina Verdian joined Haas School of Business as Director of Facilities in December 2014. She has more than 15 years of experience in student facilities and maintenance operations and project management at Stanford University and University of Southern California. Marina holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from USC and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute in Armenia. Manager Facilities & Building Operations
Gerardo Campos joined the Haas School of Business in 2004 as facilities coordinator. His primary responsibilities were to respond to the people’s services requests, manage small projects including new construction of spaces, preparations for the start of the academic term, building access controls, emergency response to incidents, space planning & redesigns, and general maintenance including painting of interior public spaces. In 2007, Gerardo was promoted to Facilities and Building Operations manager. As manager he is now also responsible for managing all office assignments, classroom scheduling, development of our safety programs, forecasting & tracking of the budget.
In his spare time Gerardo enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with his family.
Facilities Project Manager
Sherrell Gordon came to us from Mechanical Engineering department on Campus, where she worked at for three years. Her responsibilities included purchasing, key access control, equipment inventory, space surveys and facilities items.
She worked sixteen years in the Silicon Valley manufacturing environment. She has wide range of experience in real estate, operation management and document control environment. She enjoys doing crafts, wine tasting and spending time with family and friends.
She has worked here for the past seven years as the Facilities Coordinator, where her primary job was to respond to the fixit email requests and maintenance services. In her current position as the Facilities Project Manager, she is responsible for Haas mid-range projects. She can be reached at email@example.com or 642-9106.
Room Reservation Coordinator Kendall Dockham became a career employee in the facilities department in 2008. She is in charge of managing the schedules and one-time uses of Haas classrooms, meeting rooms, and conference facilities. Before coming to Haas, Kendall worked for three years in an administrative role at McKinney & McCabe, an insurance inspection company in Walnut Creek. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in humanities.
Tom Grappone came to the Hass Facilities department in June 2015. Tom has a diverse background in public and private sector business in the areas of facilities management, operations, capital projects, occupational and building safety. Tom is an avid home winemaker and also enjoys hiking, biking, and gardening.
