Application Procedure

The Haas LRAP application is now available for the Winter Review Cycle (covers payments made July - December 2017). The deadline for this cycle is January 15, 2018.

Application Procedure

Submit the following to the Haas Financial Aid Office:

Continuing Applicants

  • LRAP Application
  • Employer Verification Form
  • Documentation of Payments made
  • Screenshot from loan servicer website documenting minimum monthly payment due

First Time Applicants

  • LRAP Application
  • Employer Verification Form
  • Official Job Description
  • Current Resume
  • Copy of 2016 Federal Tax Return, including W-2's
  • Documentation of Payments made
  • Screenshot from loan servicer website documenting minimum monthly payment due
  • UCB Substitute W-9 & Supplier Information Form
  • EFT Form

Our standard deadlines are January 15 for Winter Review (for loan payments made from July - December), and July 15 for Summer Review (for loan payments made from January - June ). Expect up to 6 weeks for reimbursement from campus. Dates and deadlines are subject to change.
