Application Procedure

The LRAP application is now available for the July - December 2013 review cycle. The deadline for this cycle is January 15, 2014.

Application Procedure

Submit the following to the Haas Financial Aid Office:

  • LRAP Application
  • Employer Verification Form and Official Job Description
  • Current Resume
  • Copy of most recent paystub
  • Copy of 2012 Federal Tax Return, including W-2's
  • Documentation of Payments made
  • Copy of a monthly statement for each loan

    Return all required documents to:

Our standard deadlines are January 15 for February disbursements (for loan payments made from July 2013 - December 2013), and July 15 for August disbursements (for loan payments made from January 2014 - June 2014). Subject to change.
