The Haas online marketing team, under the Marketing and Communications Department, hosts, maintains, and provides content for the Haas corporate web site (the top-level pages of the site).

The online marketing team executes demonstration projects highlighting the school's unique programmatic strengths and technological capabilities and other special projects.

The online marketing team provides system and end-user consulting support for web-based information utilities such as the Haas Events Calendar.

The online marketing team provides limited consulting for web authoring and hosting for individual faculty, staff, and students. Support for students includes troubleshooting, site migration, and consulting as time permits. Support for faculty and staff includes the following.


URL Development


The Haas School provides web server space and web support for departments, programs, courses, and student groups within Haas or sponsored by Haas and provides server space for individual pages for Haas faculty, staff, and students. The Haas online marketing team can help determine the best URL for your site, based on the Haas School's Web Site Hosting and URL policy.


Consulting on site planning


Consulting on site planning and development As a web marketing resource center, the team helps page developers think through the development and maintenance of their sites.


The team helps plan how a site can best address its particular audience and needs. Our consulting services include helping page editors make sure the message is presented well via the site and making sure the content is edited and presented optimally from a marketing standpoint. We work with faculty and staff to write, edit, and present the materials in a way that ensures the site meets the needs of the intended audience and is in keeping with the Haas message and brand positioning.
