Damien Dirringer is currently working with Cisco Systems EMEA, leading the Cisco /EDS strategic alliance in Europe , Middle East and Africa.

Damien started his career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, then worked in the cotton industry in the Central African Republic, before majoring in new technology marketing and international business at Haas. He then joined Ernst & Young Consulting working with a focus on strategy and CRM. He also published a book on Customer Relationship Strategies in 2000.
