Joselito Yujuico, BS '69, MSBA '71

Joey Yujuico graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and then went on directly to the business school. While a graduate student, he continued to devote time to his passion, assisting in the Cal Crew training program; the typical training season lasting nearly a whole school year.

After graduation, he returned to the Philippines to work for a commercial bank. It wasn't until five years later that he saw the light (a train coming) and took the riskier move of going on his own. For more than 23 years, his company was the sole distributor of Hewlett-Packard Co. in the Philippines.

Joey is still associated with, and manages, information technology firms. His recent ventures are focusing on software development and business process outsourcing with special effort to attract US and Japan based customers.

Joey is ecstatically married to Joji, has four children between 21 and 30 years, with only one married. He actively imagines that he takes time off from his golf to attend to attend to business and other likewise important things. His current civic affiliations include Philippine Retirement Inc, Rotary Club of Manila, and the World Presidents Organization (WPO).
