Matthias is Managing Director of Edward W Kelley & Partners, a global executive search firm, in Singapore.  Prior to joining Edward W Kelley, Matthias held positions with a-connect (China) Ltd and SAP Asia.  Earlier he was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and The Boston Consulting Group in Duesseldorf, Singapore and Bangkok, advising clients primarily in the communications, media and technology sectors.   Matthias earned a joint MBA/MA Asian Studies from UC Berkeley and also holds a MSc Sociology from the London School of Economics and a Diplom-Kaufmann from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.  Matthias is married with two children and in his spare time enjoys traveling, skiing, scuba diving, reading and yoga.
