Elizabeth Singleton is a Program Manager for The Dow Chemical Company’s 2015 Sustainability Goals. Elizabeth works on developing sustainable product solutions in the areas of water, housing, agriculture and health with a focus on emerging markets. Prior to Haas, Elizabeth founded and directed the Tanzania Natural Resource Forum, a nonprofit organization based in Arusha, Tanzania. Elizabeth spent four years in Tanzania developing the Forum as a civil society network committed to rural development through the equitable and sustainable management of Tanzania’s natural resources. While at Haas, Elizabeth was a proud member of Axe, a leader in the Net Impact club and for the Global Social Venture Competition, as well as being one of the inaugural portfolio managers of the Haas Socially Responsible Investment Fund. Elizabeth graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs at Princeton University with her BA in 2000, where she also earned certificates in African Studies and Environmental Studies. In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys the outdoors, hiking or cycling, and loves to cook great meals for friends and family!
