The evening begins with a lively networking reception at Gap's dramatic downtown SF headquarters. In addition to an assortment of wines and heavy hors d'oeuvres, alumni and their guests will have access to the private art galleries which house part of the Fisher family's renowned collection.
Then the program honors CRB's charismatic founder, Professor Kellie McElhaney, and showcases the social innovations of several Berkeley-Haas alumni. MBA 06 Kirsten Saenz Tobey, founder & CIO for Revolution Foods, will talk about the Haas-hatched company that is gaining acclaim throughout the Bay Area. Danae Ringelmann and Eric Schell, both MBA 08 and founders of Indiegogo, will explain how their business model has transformed fundraising thanks to the creation of their crowdfunding platform, the world's largest.
The program concludes with John Viera, global director of sustainability and vehicle environmental matters at Ford Motor Company. Viera's work has been instrumental in the turn-around success story that is Ford's. His creative business solutions will both surprise and delight.
The evening will crackle with insights and innovation, the hallmark of any event that brings together Berkeley-Haas' lively alumni community and other luminaries in responsible business leadership.
