  • This form is strictly for submitting a message to be sent to a select group of alumni as a separate email.
  • If you wish to include a message in eHAN, the alumni email enewsletter, you must complete the eHAN Form.
  • If you haven't already cleared this email with Leslie Kanberg or Tenny Frost, then please email us first for approval. You must still complete this form.
  • Please submit your message at least one week prior to the "send date." Two weeks' notice is best. If other emails are already scheduled, your email will be delayed.
  • Be Brief, if you want your audience to read your email.
  • Text only. No bold face, italics, or bullets can be used. Your email will appear just as it displays in the field below.
