John "Jack" Larson

Larson founded and served as president and CEO of Career Education Corporation, one of the world's largest online and on-campus providers of private, for-profit postsecondary education. Under his leadership, Career Education acquired renowned brands including Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America and its revenues climbed to $2 billion annually with campuses in several countries. In 2000 he was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year for his region in the service category.
