Jorge Montoya

Montoya retired from The Procter & Gamble Company in 2004 after climbing the ranks from a Brand Assistant in Marketing to President, Latin America and President, Global Snacks and Beverages. Under his guidance, profits in Latin America increased 20-fold, headquarters were moved from Cincinnati to Caracas, and management transitioned from expatriate to 100% Latin by 1995 to export talent by 1999. Currently Montoya serves as Director on the Boards of Gap Inc and The Kroger Co.
