Michael Yang
BS 83, MBA 95

 

Yang immigrated from  Korea at age 14. After completing BS and MBA degrees from Berkeley, Michael founded mySimon.com which was acquired by CNET for $700 million. He is currently Founder and CEO of Become.com, one of the top Internet shopping search engines. He was a member of President George W. Bush’s IT Advisory Council and a trustee of Handong University in Korea. Yang holds a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
