1. Unrestricted - Gifts enable Alumni services, upgrades to Haas@Cal, learning workshops, and career networking events for students and alumni.

 

2. MBA Program Support - Gifts enable investments toward initiatives such as technological enhancements, student aid for academic research, and funding for Career Services.

 

3. Faculty Support - Gifts enable Haas to invest aggresively and retain our deepest asset: faculty.

 

4. Dean's Discretionary Fund - Gifts enable Dean Lyons to fund additional opportunities. For example, it allows him to say yes to exciting projects such as upgrades to the MBA student lounge.

  • Your initial pledge is simply that, just a pledge to donate to Haas. If, however, you cannot meet that pledge for whatever reason, you are not obligated to pay. Our campaign is just a way to gauge how much we can project to receive from our class as a gift.
  • Your pledge matters! Although we're a public school, 80% of our funding comes from alumni and outside sources! Your pledge is critical in helping Haas remain competitive, to recruit top teaching talent and to constantly improve services to students.
  • Donor Recognition: Your pledge will be recognized with a special designation in the Haas Annual Report. Additionally, the following donor levels will be recognized: Friends $100 • Executives $250 • Presidents $500 • Directiors $1,000
  • Haas Leadership Society (HLS): For five years after graduation, a $500 gift in any year enrolls you in the Haas Leadership Society. The usual qualifying amount is $1,000. HLS members get special recognition in the Annual Report, Annual Gala tickets and invitiations to special Haas events.
  • Matching Gifts: Your gift can be increased if you or your spouse's company matches gifts to educational institutions. If so, you can attain HLS status with a $250 gift.
