Activity-Based Costing and Management

Activity-based costing is a cost-modeling system based on the relationship between resources consumed in the business process and the activities that go into that process. The implications for better understanding the true costs of your company's products or services include more strategic pricing, enhanced customer relationship management, and more effective cost reduction strategies and supplier selection, just to name only a few.

If you haven't yet fully explored what ABC can do for your company, CalCPA's Financial Leadership Forum and UC Berkeley are offering a comprehensive seminar on Feb. 8, for finance executives and high-level corporate decision-makers.
