Menlo Circus Club Event to Feature New Lester Center Director, Feb. 16
Serial entrepreneur André Marquis, MBA 96, the new executive director of the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship, will be the keynote speaker at the annual Haas Celebration in Silicon Valley at the Menlo Circus Club in Atherton, CA.

Stephanie Fujii, MBA 04, was named executive director of Berkeley Full-time MBA Admissions after holding the position on an interim basis following the departure of her predecessor Pete Johnson.
Ideas Economy: Innovation Conference - at Haas
The Haas School will host the second annual Ideas Economy: Innovation conference on March 23-24, focused on entrepreneurship in a disruptive world. The event is organized by The Economist magazine and sponsored by the Haas School’s Center for Executive Education. Haas alumni can receive a

Supporter Arno Rayner, MBA 54, BS 49, Passes Away
Arno Rayner, MBA 54, BS 49 (Econ.), an avid supporter of the Haas School who built his career in investment management, passed away in his Tiburon home on Dec. 3 from complications from pneumonia following a series of strokes. He was 82.
Berkeley-Haas Claims Most Innovative MBA Team
Competing for $20,000 and bragging rights as “America’s most innovative MBA team,” a group of five full-time, first-year Berkeley MBA students clinched the title in the finals of the eighth annual Innovation Challenge.
