The Berkeley Executive Leadership Series

Successful leaders in today's economy demonstrate a common set of characteristics: They lead from their authentic selves. They excel in their ability to execute strategy. They create a culture of continuous innovation. They embrace change.

Each of the four week-long programs in the Berkeley Executive Leadership Series will give participants access to the tools, the knowledge, and the networks they need to master their particular challenges. Participants practice leadership over an extended period of time under expert guidance, so that it will become second nature to them. Program Dates:

  • May 7-11, 2007: Leading Strategic Execution - The Fundamental Magic.
  • May 14-18, 2007: The Leader’s Mind Set - Shift Intent into Action.
  • October 8-12, 2007: Leading Change - Demystifying Uncertainty.
  • October 15-19, 2007: Leading through Innovation - Turning Opportunity into Growth

This program is designed for:

  • Those on the fast track to or already in C-Level or Senior Management positions.
  • Those with significant functional management experience moving to general management or executive positions.
  • Those with a minimum of seven years management experience.
