LIFELONG LEARNING

UC Berkeley's Executive Education Center presents "Negotiations:  the art of working with people to get things done".
Two intensive days of hands-on training that will greatly enhance your productivity at work.

  • Learn key negotiation skills and put them into practice through five in-class negotiation exercises.
  • Receive feedback on your negotiated outcomes in debrief sessions—enabling you to improve your skills throughout the two-day course.
  • Complete two self-assessment tools in class.

These tools will help you understand the nuances of your innate negotiation style and personality, and to understand how to negotiate effectively with those of contrasting styles. The course is led by Holly Schroth, a well-known negotiations expert, Senior Lecturer at the Haas School, and consultant to numerous Silicon Valley companies.

Course details and registration: http://executive.berkeley.edu/programs/negotiations/
Program price: $1,895 (take 15% off for Haas Alumni)
Upcoming Program dates:  Nov. 20, 21, 2008 (at Haas); Jan. 12, 13, 2009 (in San Francisco)
