A panel of experts will talk on the "Cleantech Outlook for Latin America" Nov. 16 at the Haas School as part of a kickoff event for a new collaboration between two Berkeley MBA student clubs: the Berkeley Energy Resources Collaborative and the Latin American and Hispanic Business Association. 2010 Berkeley Finance Conference: Creating Value Through Mergers & Acquisitions
Corporate cash balances are at record highs, the debt markets are quickly returning and corporate boards are looking for growth opportunities; this suggests a very strong set of M&A activities in the next 12 months. The 4th Annual 2010 Berkeley Finance Conference on Fri, Nov. 19 is the only MBA-student produced conference of its kind on the West Coast and will be the venue for finance professionals to share their M&A expertise and perspectives with one another.
