Undergraduate Director to Create Groundbreaking Diversity Course
Erika Walker has been selected to participate in a prestigious UC Berkeley program to create a unique Diversity in the Workforce course at the Haas School. Walker's course is particularly exciting because it will be the first offered by Haas to satisfy the American Cultures course requirement since 2002

MBA Students Named Investment Banking Fellows
Seven full-time MBA students from the class of 2012 have been awarded Haas Investment Banking Fellowships, which will cover part of their tuition and match them with alumni mentors.

Socially Responsible Investing Award Recognizes Study of Bonds and Environmental Management
The Haas School's Center for Responsible Business awarded its Moskowitz Prize for academic research on socially responsible investing to a Netherlands study that analyzes the implications of environmental management for bond investors.

Haas Holds #1 in Twitter Ranking

UC Berkeley Friend Richard N. Goldman Passes Away
UC Berkeley alumnus Richard N. Goldman, a visionary philanthropist and dedicated supporter of the Haas School and university, passed away in San Francisco at the age of 90.


MBA Students Land Second in Real Estate Challenge
A team of six Berkeley MBA students took second place in the annual National Real Estate Challenge at the University of Texas Austin, beating out 18 other top business schools.

Alumni Take 2nd in Intel+UC Berkeley Competition
Magoosh, an online test preparation company started by two Berkeley MBA graduates, came in second in the 6th Annual Intel+UC Berkeley Technology Entrepreneurship Challenge.
