Market Research for Decision Makers 2007: Translating Market Information into Profitability.   Most courses focus exclusively on the creation of market research.  This course focuses on what the decision maker needs to know to use market research effectively. You understand the importance of knowing your customers, but how do you decide which research tools best fit your unique needs, and how can you drive the best results from each research dollar you spend?  The Market Research Program is designed to provide you with the latest, most effective market and design research strategies and tools to maximize your research ROI.  Five days- Sept. 26, 27, 28, Oct. 25, 26, 2007.

Mastering Product Management 2007: Translating Market Opportunities into Profitability.  Join your colleagues from internet, semiconductor, wireless, medical device, and other technology industries as we navigate the challenges of Product Management.  Top faculty from the Haas School, together with industry leaders, will help you structure methodologies, processes, and systems that can make you a more effective Product Manager. Product Management 2007 contains more useful information about Product Management than you will learn in a two-year MBA program.  Five days- Sept. 6,7, Oct. 4,5,  Nov. 2, 2007.

Pricing 2008: Strategies and Tactics.  Companies leave millions, sometimes billions, on the table every year through sub-optimal pricing practices.  This course equips managers with new and proven techniques for assessing, formulating, and monitoring pricing strategies. Participants will learn several powerful principles of pricing, and will explore innovative approaches that take full advantage of the rapid changes brought about by the information age.  The tools developed in this course will enable you to fully integrate the 3Cs of pricing (Customers, Competitors, and Costs) into the best price for your products. Four days- Jan. 14, 15, Feb. 11,12, 2008
