What is CalNet?

      • It's a login system that allows alumni to use a single ID for all Haas@Cal services.
      • If you've logged in to Haas@Cal since September 2008, then you have a CalNet ID.
      • Please do NOT try to create a new CalNet ID if you already have one. You'll get locked out of the system until we can manually let you in.
      • Forget your CalNet ID?  Use the links in the top left column of this page.

    Apply for a CalNet ID ... if you do NOT already have one.
    Note: You will be asked for your PIN. That's the number above the mailing label on anything the Haas School has mailed you, such as the CalBusiness magazine.


Email Lists

The old lists are being transferred to a new system. You can still send and receive email to and from the lists.  But, you cannot access the lists via the web to change your list preferences, and new members cannot currently join the lists. If you wish to opt out of receiving email of receiving emails from any list, simply click the opt-out link at the bottom of any email you receive from that list.

Email Forwarding - Enter Haas@Cal, then click 'Email Forwarding'

      • You can now change your 'name' in your address (name@mba.berkeley.edu or name@haasalum.berkeley.edu)


About your profile in the Haas@Cal alumni directory

Our directory includes your listing unless you request that your profile not be displayed. If you wish to be included in the online directory, take no action.

If you do NOT want your profile to be displayed, see the opt out instructions below.
But first, please note:

Only these fields will be displayed in the directory automatically:

  • First & Last Name
  • Degree & Class Year
  • City, State, Country
  • Employer & Job Title
  • Preferred Email Address

In addition…

  • You will be able to edit your profile online at any time and selectively hide information.
  • The online alumni directory will be password-protected.
  • Only Haas community members can view your profile.
  • No home or work street address or phone will be automatically displayed.


OPT OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Do ONE of the following, if you do NOT wish to be in the online alumni directory:

-OR-

  • CALL the Alumni Relations Office at (510) 643-1338
  • Leave a message indicating you wish to opt out.
  • Include your full name, degree, program and class year.
