Information Sessions are structured ~60-75 minute events that include a short company presentation and networking with students. These are open to all MBA students.
Bancroft Hotel, Berkeley City Club, The Faculty Club, I-House

Coffee Chats (Office Hours) are informal appointments with students providing a venue for information sharing and conversations about you and your company. These are generally 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 meetings.
Bank of America Forum, Caffé Strada, Haas Café, I-House

Lunches/Dinners are more intimate gatherings (as compared to Info Sessions) where you can invite select students to get to know you and your colleagues better.

Networking Events (e.g. Happy Hour) provide a social environment to interact with a targeted group of students. Companies generally provide appetizers and drinks.

This site is commonly used for company info sessions because it is right next to Haas and accommodates anywhere from 6 – 100 people in their different sized rooms. Please contact your Relationship Manager to reserve a space.
