Cronk Chairs Advisory Board

William F. “Rick” Cronk, president of Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, of Oakland, California, has been named chairman of the Haas School of Business Advisory Board. Cronk, BS 65, succeeded Roger Siboni, president and CEO of E.phipany, Inc.

“Rick Cronk is a great friend of the school who will help us channel the ideas and energy of the business community, and his own exceptional performance in that arena, into our efforts to make this superb school even better,” said Dean Tom Campbell.

The Haas School Advisory Board is a group of distinguished business leaders who advise the dean on strategy and plans for the school. Cronk has been a member of the advisory board since 1986, and previously served as chairman in the mid- 1990s. He was named Business Leader of the Year at the Haas School of Business in 1993.

Haas Celebrates Inaugural Gala
The Haas Alumni Network San Francisco chapter leaders Henry Hwong, MBA 97; Steve Peletz, MBA 99, and his wife, Kyra Minninger;and Tanya Steinhofer, MBA 99, were among the alumni that were recognized for their achievements and contributions to the Haas School community at the Haas School’s Gala in San Francisco on November 7.
