Solid Acid Fuel Cell Plan Wins UC Competition

Proton Power's solid acid fuel cell technology that will save truckers from having to idle their diesel engines to power heat, air, and electricity in their cabins won the 2004 UC Berkeley Business Plan Competition's grand prize of $25,000. The team included Berkeley MBA students Cornelijus Chelutka, Marek Fibrich, Andrei Marinescu, and Jeff Renaud as well as CalTech researcher Dane Boysen. www.bplan.berkeley.edu
