Classes in website software and development
- Information Systems and Technology (IST)
Offers training courses to students, faculty and staff. Free walk-in courses provide training on specific Macintosh and PC/Windows applications. There are also introductory courses on HTML, web design, and Unix. Courses, taught by IST staff, are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No registration required. - CalPact
Classes for staff in HMTL, Pagemaker, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Win 95/NT, Eudora and the Internet. Classes are free. - Self-paced computer-based training
Haas CBT offers classes in Web Authoring and Publishing: Creating HTML Documents and related courses. Courses are free. - UC Berkeley Extension
Recommended classes include HTML I: Creating Web Pages with HTML and Web Publishing Using Microsoft FrontPage. Reduced fees for staff. - Individual training is available from outside vendors. Not free. We are also looking into group training in web development software for the Haas Virtual Web Team. Contact the Haas web team for information.
