student photo Our Saturday Business Academy is designed to introduce early high school students (9th-10th grade) to the principles of entrepreneurship. Exposure to real-life business scenarios and gaining on-the-job experience are central to the Academy approach.
YEAH's case-study competitions are the perfect vehicle for sharpening Saturday Academy students' presentation skills in a setting where teamwork, problem-solving and solid research are valued and emphasized. In 2007, case-study competitions where five student teams used powerpoint and written presentations to convince a panel of judges, included recommendations for strategies to grow the European presence of Ruff Ryders Entertainment, an entertainment company specializing in hip hop music and a new branding strategy for the jean giant, Levi Strauss.
