student photo Our Springboard Leadership program is designed to help 11th and 12th grade students fine-tune the skills they have acquired in previous YEAH programs. They complete the YEAH continuum by mentoring peers, training for college entry and pursuing opportunities that exercise their acquired leadership skills.
Highpoints of the Springboard Leadership program experience include college tours that give YEAH students an up-close-and-personal glimpse at college campuses on both the West and East Coasts.
