Basic Capabilities
Four sets of basic capabilities are expected of all Haas supervisors and managers to ensure consistent application of people management practices and policies across the school. They are also essential to navigate operational changes that will result from the implementation of campus shared services.
These basic capabilities are organized as Personnel, Health and Safety, Risk Management and Haas Specific Practices. The UC Berkeley and/or Haas specific training programs indicated below are the ones recommended for Haas supervisors and managers.
