Haas Career Service Office (CSO)
The Career Center staff provides Berkeley MBAs with valuable resources to conduct successful career searches while in school and during their lifetimes. The CSO works with a broad range of companies, representing many industries and geographies, helping them build and execute successful recruiting strategies.
Searching for Job Opportunities
Current Haas MBA Students - The following career resources through the CSO are available for current Haas MBA students: CareerNet intranet for MBA students and their career search, Career Advising Professionals, 2nd Year Career Coaches, Industry Clubs, and MBA Workshops and Special Programs.
Haas Alumni - Haas alumni can search for job opportunities through their Haas@Cal account.

A global network of MBAs, graduate students, and professionals, Net Impact's mission is to improve the world by growing and strengthening a network of new leaders who are using the power of business to make a positive net social, environmental, and economic impact.
Net Impact offers a variety of useful career resources for MBA students, alumni, and professionals:
Net Impact Job Board - The Job Board contains full-time jobs, part-time jobs, internships, student projects, and nonprofit Board postings, all of which are MBA level or higher. You must be a paid member of Net Impact to access the job postings.
Career Profiles - Read about Student and Professional Net Impact Members who are using business skills to improve the world.
Career Resources - Find a career coach, sign-up for an Issues-in-Depth call, conduct research on CSR companies, or become a Net Impact advocate.
Social Impact Career Handbook - An introduction to careers that use business for positive social impact. The handbook highlights seven industry areas: CSR, International Development, Foundations, Nonprofits, Microfinance, and Environmental Sustainability, and includes a new section, Going Mainstream, which highlights ways that individuals can incorporate their values and make changes in traditional business roles within mainstream companies. (Available to current members.)

The mission of the Berkeley Net Impact Club is to develop and inspire a network of leaders who promote innovative and socially responsible practices that succeed in the global marketplace. With more than 100 chapters internationally, Net Impact is the most progressive and influential network of MBAs today and the Berkeley chapter is one the largest and most active clubs at the Haas School of Business.
The Berkeley Net Impact provides MBAs and Berkeley graduate students with the knowledge, support, and career network that will help them pursue careers in socially responsible businesses, nonprofit organizations, and public management. Activities include: Annual Firm Night, Speaker Series, Board Fellows Program, and the annual Net Impact Conference.

Business for Social Responsibility - Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) is a global organization that helps member companies achieve success in ways that respect ethical values, people, communities and the environment. BSR offers a large collection of online tools and guidelines on responsible business practices and posted CSR job opportunities on its website.
